If you'd like to do it yourself and save the labor, we offer an exclusive D-I-Y Design-Permit-Material Kit for all of our standard units. Our "KITs" provide the Plans, Engineering and Permitting Services necessary to Permit your Project, as well as, all the Materials you'll need to build it. Our Cottages are NOT SHEDS nor are they TRAILERS! They are real buildings on concrete foundations with seismically braced structural walls, with modern, code approved plumbing and electrical systems. Our doors and windows are Energy Star Rated with insulated, argon filled glass. Our Heating & Air-conditioning components exceed the 2016 Energy Code requirements by an incredible 70%.
